4. The first is the Mode button where we can select the type of recording we want. There are varieties of modes like Default Mode, Timer Mode, Application Mode, Screen On Mode, Message Mode, Button Mode. Select whichever you need.
   
5. Then the second is the Duration we want to set. It starts from 10 mins to unlimited.
   
6. Below the main screen you will find more options for settings and memory. You should explore that by yourself because there are numerous options like to hide notifications from popping, hide the icon from appearing in homescreen, choosing the front/back camera, resolution etc.
   
7. You can hide the icon if you want or if you have installed it in victim's phone and to make it visible again dial in your dial pad #12345

It is also extremely rich in features. The app can automatically straighten, crop, and enhance the taken image in order to make it more presentable and easier to read. STEPS FOR USING CAMSCANNER IN ANDROID

1. First, download the Cam Scanner app from Play Store or click below here.
   
2. Once downloaded, install it and then open the application, the home page will look  as follows, Here we are suggested to register, but I prefer to go to "use now".
   
3. Then next step, Choose "start scanning" icon as shown below.
   
4. Click the required document you want to scan.
   
5. After the photo is taken it automatically identifies the document and crops the unwanted section. You can also manually crop if you want.
   
6. You can change the effect of the document (but i suggest let it remain auto). And then click on the right bottom tick to save it.
   
7. You can convert the file to JPEG or PDF format as desired.
   
8. And then share it through various modes.
   

CamScanner is a simple replacement for a physical scanner. It might not have the same quality results as a physical scanner, but it works. If you have a lot of things you need to scan, this is a good app to use. It has got 4.6 rating and 100 million downloads on Google Play Store.

HOW TO SECURE YOUR ANDROID

We live in a time of smartphones, smartwatches and all kinds of other technology which have become an integral part in our lives . And now that we use our smart devices for all kinds of private stuff these days, including money transfers. So security should be our number one priority. Many tech companies are doing their best to offer us various ways to protect our data, and we’ve seen various security methods included on smartphones, including software protection, such as PINs and patterns, and hardware protection in a form of fingerprint and retina scanners.

But Android devices don't reveal to you when someone failed to access the device. That's where "Third Eye" comes into play as it steps in and lets you know about any failed attempt to unlock the Android devices.

WHAT IS "THIRD EYE APK"?

This is a third party security app, and its purpose is quite simple- to let you know who tried to access your device while you were not looking. If you have a nosy girlfriend, or a sibling perhaps, this is a perfect app for you. Every time a person tries to access your device and enters the wrong PIN, pattern or password, the Third Eye app will take a screenshot of the intruder, and once you unlock your device with the right code, it will share that image with you in a form of a notification.

This app is rather basic as far as features go, but the developer did include some additional features which are-

• You can choose whether you want the device to take a picture of the intruder after 1 wrong unlock attempt, or more then that.
• Notification about wrong attempts while you unlock the lock screen.
• A detailed photo logs of the mobile snoopers.
• Last unlock time feature will show you the previous lock screen unlock time. With that, you can easily find if someone used your mobile without your knowledge.
• Lot more customization settings.

The Third Eye app currently holds a 4.4-star rating in the Google Play Store, and people seem to like it in general, so if you’re looking for such a security app, Third Eye might be worth checking out.

STEPS FOR USING THIRD EYE

1. Download it from Google Play Store or you can simply click below in download button.
   
2. Install and open the app.
3. Click on the agree tick.
   
4. A pop up will come asking you to grant permission for "Monitor screen unlock attempts". Click there OK.
   
5. And then click on ACTIVATE.
   
6. The main screen of the app opens up. You can Turn on/off  the "Intruder detection" from the first option.
   
7. Next set the number of unlock attempts i.e after how many wrong attempts the app shall take photo of the intruder.
   
8. And then comes"Last unlock time"-it helps you in knowing the last time you unlocked your phone. So if by any chance someone unlocks your phone in your absence you can still check that out and be alert from next time or maybe you can simply change your password.
   
9. In the right top corner is the "PHOTO LOG" section where you will find the photos of all the intruders who tried but failed to unlock your phone.
   

Third Eye works silently in the background for the most part. While it is certainly not an application that all Android users have use for, it can be useful in certain situations where you suspect someone of snooping and want proof of that.

Note : To Uninstall the app, please turn off intruder detection feature in the app and uninstall the app. Else, you can directly use the Uninstall option available inside the app.

• There is a separate time frame for individual contact and groups.The time frame for individual contact is 1 sec to 5 mins and for groups is 1 min to 30 mins.

HOW TO INSTALL AND USE "WHATREPLY"?

Generally you can download it from Google Play Store but if you can't find there for some reason don't worry you can anyway download it from any browser or just by clicking in the download button below

1. Install and open the app.
2. Grant all the permissions it asks for.
   
3. Turn on WhatReply Service button.
   
4. In the next bar type the required message you want to send to your friends in case you are not able to reply.
   
5. Set the time limit for the message to be send i.e after how much time the message should be send to your friends if you can't respond.
   
6. The last bar is for Groups, if you want to auto reply in groups also then Enable it and set the time limit you want or else Disable it. 
   

WhatReply Interface is very simple, easy to understand and it is the very useful application in some critical situations. So go ahead and just try it out.

HOW TO FIX GAME LAG IN ANDROID PLAY GAME?

It doesn’t matter which Android device we are using, to be honest, most of the time we face lags and that’s the reason why iOS is still ruling. I don’t actually want to blame Android for this, these lag issues mostly occur due to the poor optimization by the brands who manufacture the devices.

WHY DO ANDROID DEVICES LAG?

Well most of the time, the lag can be attributed to storage, and specifically how the system cleans up unused storage to increase performance. Modern day high-end devices come with more than enough internal storage as well as upto 2-3GB of RAM to keep things humming along smoothly. But not everyone uses a high-end device, right? What about the folks who use mid-range or entry-level devices which come with ridiculously low internal storage and sub-1GB RAM?

 But we do have an advantage with Android, it is an Open Source and we can modify it to our needs. Below I shared a simple tip or tweak to reduce lag and speed up Android devices. HOW TO BOOST YOUR ANDROID GAMING PERFORMANCE?

Hidden in the Developer options is a setting that can help improve your gaming experience. Simply scroll down and look for the Force 4x MSAA option. For those who don’t know, MSAA stands for multi-sample anti-aliasing.

If you enable this option, your Android smartphone will render games at the highest possible quality. Force 4x MSAA will force your Android device to use the 4x multisample anti-aliasing in OpenGL ES 2.0 games and other applications. But this requires more graphics power and may result in a faster battery draining. Still enabling this feature can significantly improve your Android gaming experience

HOW TO ACCESS ANDROID DEVELOPER OPTIONS?

These steps are common for all the Android devices (phone / tablet) and you can follow the same.

1. Go to Settings > About phone.
2. Scroll down and tap on “Build number” option 7 times. After that, you’ll get a “You are now a developer!” small popup.
   
3. Now go back to the “Settings” and above the “About phone” option you’ll find “Developer Options”, Click that.
4. Now you are inside the “Developer Options” settings, and you should be very careful with the options you are going to enable, disable or tweak. This could either boost your phone’s performance or make it worse. So unless or until you know the options don’t experiment. 
5. In the "Developer Options" search for 4x MSAA and then enable it.
   

 I’m pretty sure this simple tweak will improve your phone’s performance. This will reduce lags and speed up your Android device.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 But this feature requires more graphics power and may result in a faster battery draining. So, you might want to use it on a smartphone with a good battery backup. Turning on this option might give you a smoother performance but things will vary on different apps and devices. Also, after playing the game, you are advised to revert back the setting.

HOW TO FIND A LOST OR STOLEN ANDROID DEVICE?

Losing your phone is one of the most stressful predicaments of modern-day life. We've all been there: You pat your pocket, swiftly scan every surface in sight — then suddenly feel your heart drop at the realization that your Android device and all of its contents are no longer in your control. There's certainly no scenario in which losing your phone is a good thing. But with the advanced security tools now built into Android on the operating system level, finding and managing a missing device is often well quite manageable. And you don't need any third-party software to do it.

   Google's Find My Device, previously known as Android Device Manager, helps you find lost or stolen phones and tablets. It'll show you the device's exact location on an interactive map and give you tools to remotely ring it, lock it or wipe its data entirely from the phone.

WHAT IS ANDROID DEVICE MANAGER (ADM)?

Android Device Manager, officially released by Google, is an easy and convenient tool to track your Android phone or tablet. The advantage of ADM is that you don't have to install an app to track your device. The only requirement is that your device is connected to your Google account, turned on and connected to the internet. All you need to do is to visit the Android Device Manager website and login with your Google Account. Once the site is loaded, it will automatically try to track down your phone. If you have several Android devices under one Google Account, you can see them all in the dropdown menu - simply choose the one you've lost.

TO USE FIND MY DEVICE, YOUR DEVICE MUST HAVE:

• Be turned on
• Be signed in to a Google Account
• Be connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi
• Be visible on Google Play
• Have Location turned on
• Have Find My Device turned on

HOW TO FIND PHONE USING ANDROID DEVICE MANAGER?

• The easiest way to find your mobile phone is to open a web browser using your computer or phone and type "Android Device Manager" or click here.
• The Android Device Manager is also available as an Android app for phones and tablets as well as for wearable Android devices.
• In order to use the Android Device Manager you will need to log in to the Google account that is associated with your mobile phone. 
• You will be asked to accept the terms and conditions in order to use the service and these basically state that location data will be retrieved and used by Google.

THE ANDROID DEVICE MANAGER HAS FOUR MAIN FEATURES:

1. Displays a map of the last known location
2. Provides functionality to make the phone ring
3. Allows you to set a lock screen remotely
4. Enables the user to erase the contents of the phone

HOW TO MAKE YOUR PHONE RING EVEN IF IT IS IN THE SILENT OR VIBRATE MODE?

Using the Android Device Manager you can make a mobile phone running Android ring even if it is currently set to silent or vibrate mode.

>Click on the Ring icon and a message will appear telling you that your phone will now ring at the highest volume level. 

>The phone will continue to ring for 5 minutes unless you find the phone in which it will stop ringing when you press the power button.

This feature is great when you have lost your phone somewhere in your house such as perhaps the back of a sofa.

HOW TO LOCK THE SCREEN OF THE MISSING PHONE?

If you still haven't found your phone after using the Ring function then you need to make sure that it is secure.In the first instance you should create a lock screen which will prevent anyone with unauthorised access getting in.

>To do this click on the Lock icon.

>A new window will appear and you will be asked to enter the following fields:

• A message
• An alternative contact telephone number

>By providing this information not only will you be able to secure your phone, you are also helping the person who finds your phone as they will know who to call to arrange for its safe return.

HOW TO ERASE ALL OF THE DATA ON YOUR LOST ANDROID?

If after a day or two you still haven't found your phone then you will need to think about erasing the data and setting it back to the factory settings that were on the phone when you first received it.
If the phone has been stolen then in the worst case scenario the phone could end up in the hands of somebody who can get more value out of your data such as your contacts, your email and the other accounts which may be accessed via apps installed on the phone.

Fortunately Google has provided the ability to erase your phone remotely. If you aren't going to get your phone back at least you can protect your data. To erase the contents of the phone.

>Click on the Erase icon. 

>A message will appear telling you that the phone will be reset to factory settings.

Obviously you only want to do this as a last resort but rest assured after pressing the button your phone will be reset to the state it was in when you first received it.


Like everything else, Find My Device isn’t without its limitations. For example, if your phone is stolen and you don’t have a protected lock screen (shame on you!) and the thief has already performed a factory reset, you’re out of luck. The phone is no longer associated with your Google Account at that point, so Google has no way of tracking it.You should always set a lock screen on your mobile phone and you should not wait until it is lost to set one.Your phone is usually logged in to multiple accounts including social media and email and without a secure lock screen anybody who finds your phone has access to all of your mobile data.

  If the phone happens to die before you can track it, or the thief turns it off, all hope isn’t totally lost—Find My Device will try to provide the last verified location. This will at least give you an idea of where you could’ve lost it. You can also hope that whoever finds it will put it on charge for you—then you’ll be able to track it again. Or maybe they’ll just call you. That’d be neat too.
